I can think of one comercial, two big budget hollywood movies and a TV series that have a Camaro featured in it..as a matter of fact they are all First Gen too.....Can anyone name them plus any others ?

Seems like the Camaro is in fashion..yet again

I can think of two newer movies with Camaros
2 fast 2 furious blue 69 Yenko
Charlies Angels 69 pace car

Cant think of any commercials

TV Series is Las Vegas, Danny has 69 rag top.

The bad guys in the opening scene of "taxi" drives a black 69 with white Z28 stripes. Don't get to see much of the car as the police chase ends when the cop backs into a store.

Commercial recently where the car rolls of a pier or something then shows it coming back up...i think it was for an insurance company. I know it was a first gen just cant remember the year.
Also i believe the movie Bone Collector shows the female lead (Angelina Jolie) driving a 69. She could drive my car anytime she wanted...

Have you seen the movie "Scotland PA"? Its an older movie with christopher walken. That movie must have a dozen first gen cars in it!

"A walk to remember" has a hugger orange '69 in it. And the first episode in the second season of "The Dukes of Hazzard" has Boss Hogg driving around in a '68.

OK..the insurance commercial is from Farmers insurance..the TV show I was thinking of was Vegas. The cars are cast just like the people..amazing how many first Gens there are...The two movies I was thinking of were "Bringing Down the House" with Steve Martin..the boyfriend picks the daughter up in a 68...Pierce Brosnan in "After the Sunset" Pierce is the "MAN" in this movie with many scenes with him driving his beautiful 69 AND he has Saylma Hayek as a girlfriend...heaven.If you like beautiful women and 69 Camaro's you need to hit Blockbuster.

The best call so far..Better of Dead..I forgot about that one

There was also that GM truck commercial with the mid 60s vette and yellow 69 convertible on trailers. That was just last year.

the movie "Remember the Titans" one of my favorite,has All-star linebacker Gary Bertier in a gold 68 camaro when he gets hit by the truck and paralizes him,what a waste,Gary and the Camaro,true story too.

Saw it yesterday on a "Dukes" mini marathon. Boss was running shine in a primered 68 and Uncle Jessie was drivin' a primered Rustang.

The movie "The One" starring Jet Li has several scenes with Jet and another guy out looking for the bad guy, driving a clean blue 69.

Don't forget good ole Burt Reynolds in the blockbuster "Cop and a half". Burt plays the cop and the blue 68 Camaro plays his driver.

How about the old movie "Aloha Bobbie and Rose" The main characters are on the run driving a sweet flared and lowered 68 camaro.

There was a NASCAR advertisement that was airing recently with I think it was Jeff Gordon running out of gas in a 67/68 Camaro on an exit ramp and his pit crew had to come and fill him up.
