I'm looking at a 69 pre X-code, V8 vin. It has a 454 out of a 2wd 72 Suburban, 9:1 dish pistons, air gap Edelbrock intake, Holley 650 double pumper rough guess of 425hp. It has a Saginaw 4spd, 12 bolt rear with 3.73 gears. Traction bars and sub frame connectors. It needs rear quarters and a new roof skin(had a vinyl top originally and they did a bad job filling gaps when they took it off. It's list at 17500, but I think I can get it for 15500. Thoughts?

Looks good enough, but pictures can be deceiving. Have you seen it in person? Looks like it was originally a SB car since it has a SB shroud mount on it and the engine appears to be sitting in the center of the engine bay. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, but headers can be a bear to get in and out.
