Has anyone done a Wilwood brake conversion on their 67-69 Camaro and ran the Cragar SS wheels? I am being told that you can't do this! I want to run the Cragar SS wheels with a disc brake set-up. Is there other options. Cragar sent me a email saying their wheels will not fit the Wilwood brake set-up. Can you use spacers for clearance? Anyone?

Are you trying to use 14 inch wheels?

I just did the afxsd14 conversion with the right stuff kit also.
Works great with 14" wheels. I am running some vintage 14" appliance wheels. The kit was simple and easy to install.

I did a 4-wheel disc brake setup on my '67 and fitted 15 inch Cragars on there with no problem.

There is no reason to limit your tire selection to T/A radials.
Get 17" Cragars and tire selection is huge and bigger brakes will fit - at least C5 corvettes should work.

The Right Stuff disc brake conversion works great. . . .not much different to my Willwood brakes unless someone told me. Rear discs make little difference as well. JMO

It looks like your only choice is the Right Stuff Detailing conversion kit. I don't know which kit because you do not say what size wheels you have. This is the kit if you have 15" wheels. http://www.getdiscbrakes.com/afxdc02c.
