Thanks guys! I do not have the car any longer. I do have the Protect-O-Plate. I jus submitted a request to Florida DMV for vehicle owner information as the car was driven from Ohio to Florida and sold in the Hillsborough County area some time around 1985. Would love to locate it. Have since purchased a 69 RS out of California.

Update on 124379N680208, I contacted a subsequent owner in Safety Harbor Florida who did a frame off restoration with original numbers matching motor and equipment in mid 80s. The car was sold to a dealer who shipped the car to a customer in Japan in 1987. Guess my search is over for my old flame.
