If you ditched the running boards, front flares and air dam, and just left the rear flares in place with some big tires and some "penske-esque" striping and race numbers, it would probably look pretty good. Agree with others that it was probably a good buy at $4500 for all the work that was done to it.

Off topic but do you ever bring your car to donut derelicts? I'd love to see it
I do a couple times a year. Thought about going this morning but I'm in the middle of rewiring my fan. we can try and coordinate a time and meet up one of these mornings. I live less than 2 miles from there.

So it came from new york where it would never be road worthy because of NYS inspection rules and went to florida where you could register a couch on wheels if you wanted to. Interesting strategy. It must have cost at least $1000 to transport I dont know if it will recoup that plus the other selling price. I could live with the corvette.

Actually it's in Arizona. Seller is advertising it in California hoping some rich idiot in California will buy it.

I see that a lot in my local CL ad's. Overpriced cars from many states away looking to land a big fish.
Says a lot about the number of idiots in Cali....:p
