Could be Exhibition of Speed and/or Reckless Endangerment. Both misdemeanor crimes, not traffic infractions.

Could also mean denial of insurance coverage for the damage and cancellation of the policy.

That's probably why he wanted off that fence and out of the traffic lanes before the cops showed up. Since the firetruck is seen at the end of the video, the cops were probably not far behind. The acceleration marks on the scene and video on you tube are going to cause this guy more head aches than just the car repair.

Did you watch the video? I'll go ahead and judge, lol.

He was into it before it was even pointed straight and stayed in it while it was damn near sideways after 200 yards, he was moving out and still sideways on the throttle. That's stupid, and a driver that knows his a ability and the power he's working with doesn't do that on the street.

I've seen really good drivers crash at the strip when the car makes a sudden move, and that is tough to save, but that dude was in it too soon and too long, trying to show off all that horsepower. And I guess he did a pretty good job of that...lol.
I stand corrected. The dude is a total dumba**:surprise:
