My son lives in Tahoe and went to cars and coffee in Reno today. A beautiful blown '68 Camaro got too aggressive with the throttle and crashed into a chain link fence. :frown2:
I would say Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle at the very least and they can also tack on Failure to Control and few others if they wish. I'm sure someone in the crowd showed the Popo the video.I can't help but wonder if he was cited for anything by law enforcement?
I stand corrected. The dude is a total dumba**:surprise:Did you watch the video? I'll go ahead and judge, lol.
He was into it before it was even pointed straight and stayed in it while it was damn near sideways after 200 yards, he was moving out and still sideways on the throttle. That's stupid, and a driver that knows his a ability and the power he's working with doesn't do that on the street.
I've seen really good drivers crash at the strip when the car makes a sudden move, and that is tough to save, but that dude was in it too soon and too long, trying to show off all that horsepower. And I guess he did a pretty good job of that...lol.
Lol. I'm with you though, sometimes the car moves quicker than you can react, and I give the benefit of the doubt typically, but not in this case.... You honor, the evidence speaks for itself...:wink2:I stand corrected. The dude is a total dumba**:surprise:
Ouch! I just bought a 2014 Mustang GT as my daily...Crashing while leaving Cars & Coffee - it's not just for Mustangs!
