Wife bought a 69 :-)

My wife bought herself a new 69 orange SS. It is in OK shape and needs rebuilt. The engine is seized and the body needs a little loving. This is her third Camaro. Her first car was a brand new 74 LT followed by a 79 Berlinetta, now at ___ (you can do the math) she wanted a first Gen.

I have a nice shop and was an auto tech for most of my life. I've worked on the most advanced, high tech-ed, 30+ computer luxury imports and now can't wait to take this thing apart and rebuild it from the ground up.

I will have a lot of question. Most of it is very straight forwards . The great thing is ,"all the parts are available ".

Anytime you can get the wife involved with your hobby, we are all a happy family, You know the saying" If momma ain't happy , nobody will be happy." You need to get her a TC membership and let her read the columns.

No no that's just plain wrong.

Guys need there own time and space to do their own thing

Kidding aside post up progress pics and enjoy the ride. :beers:

Welcome aboard Mick. After reading your intro I suspect she's keeping you. When your nearly done with this one see if she needs another one.
