67-68 Front fenders

Are the front fenders the same of a 67 to a 68 or are the head light bezels different between the two?

You are really asking two different questions here;

1.) Are the fenders interchangeable;
They will physically bolt up either year, put there are several differences between the years.
67 fenders do not have holes for the front marker lights - 68's do.
RS fenders have an additional tab welded into them for the door mechanism to mount.
So you can mount 67's on a 68 and cut the hole OR mount 68's on a 67 and fill the hole OR mount RS fenders on an standard model and not use the extra mount OR add the brackets to standard fenders for an RS OR... - in others words, yes, they can interchange with some modifications needed in most cases.

2.) Almost same as your first question;
They will pyshically bolt-up to the fender - but, headlamp bezels are different for the standard models on 67 and 68.
68's have a different little extension tab on them to mate with the grill that is longer than the 67's.
They would require the same year grill and hardware be mounted if you try to swap.
The RS bezels are the same for 67 & 68, so if the fender is for an RS the bezels would intechance for those 2 years - but, the 68 fender again has a hole for the marker light & the 67 would not.
