Yep. My dream has come true.
Saw a pic on a frind's machine. Real retro circa 68-69.
But haven't found anything decent with yahoo.

My guess is what you have seen is a GTO not a bird...

Nope what I saw was a concept drawing for the 2007 Trans Am - honest. The page I saw had honest too goodness 68-69-looking FBird & T-Ams.

Don't get your hopes up. That's a quick rendering hosted on a German web site... The bird has always been an off shoot of the Camaro, same basic car with it's own refinments and GM has said over and over it won't be back. There have been so many Camaro drawings since it and the bird went away at the end of '02. Just toss that one with with all the others in Jan when the prototype Camaro is unvailed...

Hope the new Camaro is prettier than the one I've been looking at.
That concept design for the T-Am got me hot & heavy in a hurry. Maybe I'll ask Boyd Coddington to make me one instead?
