wiring instructions for 67 rs/ss headlight covers.

can anyone help explain to me simply how to wire the headlamp covers correctly. I am restoring a 67 rs/ss. It has power windows. I feel I have all the parts and I have a wiring digrahm but I cannot understand it.I would really appreciate any help.
