Anyone out there done this install recently? I'm having a little trouble identifying the location for mounting the upper dog bone anchor plate. I can identify the general location but don't see anything that looks like the bump they refer to. Any suggestions?

Tks.

On another topic...I'm really not very impressed with their quality control. As others have noted before me the u-bolts for the leaf springs are the wrong radius and too long...in spite of revising them, I have been shorted hardware and their customer service hasn't been great.

what year is your car? on a first gen the bump, is next to the rear seat belt anchor plates, and about the size of a quarter and maybe 3/8" tall

i installed the hotchkis TVS kit in my 67 last august, and the u-bolts for the leaf springs are long so that you could add drop blocks

i have called hotchkis several times, and they have always been very helpful, and are even sending me replacement springs before i send mine back

67 Coupe...I was looking for a bigger bump...I got a set of replacement u-bolts (took 2 weeks and I had to pay for them)...still 7/8" too long. I just cut them down to fit. All the front stuff fit up just fine. This mono leaf to multi leaf rear spring arrangement seems a little flaky. We'll see.

That link is not for the new bottom shock plates. They are not on the web site yet but they are in their catalog. Do not make the mistake and order those on that link. You will need their spring perches with those also. Here are the part numbers for the correct 67 bottom plates. 040302L and 040302R
