I installed a straight neck thermostat housing to replace the one that was oriented to the drivers side so I could get the heater hose on one side of the manifold and the water temp sender on the drivers side on my Performer RPM manifold. I am running a stock rad and now am stuck trying to figure out a rad hose. I have camel hump heads so I dont think I have any other alternative for temp sender as they have no provision. If I cant find a hose I guess I will have to get a taller housing that orients to drivers side to clear the sender. Any suggestions for a hose part number?

One thing you might consider doing is taking two hoses or one hose with the needed bends in it and sectioning it and installing a pipe between the two bent ends so that it aligns the right way.

I still have the stock hose I did this to in my trunk after all these years b/c my MM's broke and the motor raised up and the fan belt cut it.

I had that same problem with mine. The solution is to go with a swivel water collar that will allow you to adjust the direction of the Radiator hose away from the Temp sending unit. You might have to get an extra long hose to reach the new water collar, since the angle will change.

Although not the easiest solution, I drilled and tapped the front of the manifold for the heater hose fitting. I was then able to use the sending unit on the passenger side. I also drilled out the hole for the oil fill tube. One of the nice thing about the Performer RPM manifold is it has thick bosses cast into it in the correct locations to install the fittings needed for the older engines.

You might look into getting a Mopar "A" (small block) engine upper hose. Their housing is straight up and drvr side inlet at radiator.
