I have a 1988 Camaro which had a 305 in it. I recently put a 95 350 GM crate motor in it, and it is carbureted, here in the Florida heat it gets a little warm at idle. I was wondering if I put the right water pump in it. I see that there are some counterclockwise direction pumps, and some clockwise direction pumps, would anyone know which type to use for this application? Thanks for any responses in advance!

'95 should be a reverse rotation. Anything with a serpentine belt will be reverse rotation ('84 for 'vettes, and '87 up on Camaros).

If you are using the '88 belt set-up, then it will be clockwise rotation. If you use the '95 belt set-up, then it will be reverse rotation.
