Okay, so call me a geek if you want to, but I'm kind of into vintage bowling shirts. I wear them to car shows, and I think they are kind of fun in a retro way. I usually pick them up at flea markets and Good Will stores for a couple of bucks. All of the ones that I have previously bought have a name over the front pocket, however I just picked up a really cool one from the '50's that has no name on it. So, I want to have a name embroidered over the front pocket, but I want it to be a great bowling shirt name, so I am soliciting your help in coming up with one. Something along the lines of: Cliff, Verne, Elmer, Leroy, Smitty, well, you get the picture. What'ya got?

My son works with a guy named Scotty who's name was misspelled on his shirt-"Scooty". He will forever more be known as Scooty.

Uncle Buck is a great movie. There is a bowling alley scene where one of Buck's bowling buddy's named "Pal" tries to pick up Buck's niece.
The english definition of the word camaro is friend, pal, chum, so if you are looking for an obscure connection to bowling and Camaro, there you have it.
