4L60E question

I have an opportuntity to get a 4L60E transmission for a really good deal. but I know nothing about it. I have a 68 Camaro with setup for a TH350. If I get this what will I have to do, will it cost me more to put this in. Will I need a new transmission crossmember and so on......

and a computer to control it. plus im pretty sure the 4l60 uses a th400 yoke.....

I like this one for it's simplicity, I just ordered it. No external lap needed
