Listing for a good friend--

1968 Camaro Convertible, originally a 6 cyl/stick car, now a 350 V8 w/TH350 auto; 25K miles on motor and tranny since rebuild on both. Nice driver car, good manual top, solid floors and frame, 15" rally wheels with good rubber. Motor was rebuilt with a mild cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, edelbrock carb. Car was painted in 1992 - dark metalic green, black top, standard black interior, no console.

Good reliable summer driver car. Not a show car, but good shiny paint, turn the key, go to the beach! Updates this winter- tune up, carb rebuild, new chrome alternator, chrome valve covers, optima battery.

Also includes SS hood (not painted the same color) and a power steering pump/lines/brackets.

Pictures will be posted this weekend.

$16,900 - Questions call Rick (the car's owner) 860-584-1667 before 9pm EASTERN TIME.

$16,500/reasonable offers-- someone must need a fun car, or a heck of a starting point for something more-- very solid underbody, good paint, a couple flaws, but still turns a lot of heads.

that looks like a hell of a deal - how much body work has it had? bondo?
The previous owner had quarters, etc done on it when it was painted around 1992; so if it was a bondo mobile I would think it would have popped by now. there is just a couple bubbles started on the rocker by the molding clip and another at the back of the fender, they show in the photobucket link. I keep thinking of buying it from my buddy but I need another camaro like a hole in the head! I'd really like to see someone from here get it, otherwise it may get a roll on ebay next week. -Dan
