hello all. wondering if anyone has any feedback or experience with the CPP 13" big brake kit yet. i just ordered my all-in-one master cylinder/proportioning valve (they are finally in stock after an 8 month wait!) and a new 11" booster and wanted to hear some comments before i pull the trigger on the wheel kit. it sounds pretty overkill, but that might fit me to a tee! anyone?

i have the non power CPP big brake kit: stops on a dime. you can't over kill stopping. I had to do some grinding on the rear calipers to stop the disc from rubbing it (not much though) powder coaterd silver and they look great also, (other colors available). replaced all hard lines and rubber lines at the up grade.

Joe -- what size master cyl are you running? I'm assuming a 1" bore deal? Just curious.... I'm half thinking about running the CPP big brakes even though I don't need them. On a side note -- their brake template fits my 16" VWW wheels with about 1/4" to spare...

1 +1/8, MC. Iwill be going to the CPP MC w/built in prop valve. Its a one inch bore however. I think the brake system is balanced without a prop or combo valve to begin with. however the CCP polished aluminum MC looks pretty cool.

you can get it with a 1 1/8 inch bore. that's the one i just ordered. the system is only balanced after you set it up. it uses two adjustments screws: one for max pressure and the other to limit the rear balance.
