1967 rear bumper ettes

I got a rear bumper and it came with 2 bumpers ettes. I don't no what they are called or spelled? Was this an option or some after market thing?
They kind of look strange on such a small bumper?

The 2 i have look pretty good and are clean. I don't think i would use them on my car. I am going to to set them on my car tonight and look at them. Looks like you have to put these on before bumper goes on?

The ones i am talking about go in same place but go above bumper also.
Just went out to garage and put back on original bumper . They clamp on top and bolt on bottom goes through trunk to mount. There is a 07 on bracket that clamps top on.

I dont know how much different they are than a 69 but I put mine on after the bumper was on and was quite easy.

B - appearance group including bumper guards, floor mats, and door edge guards
C - Standard front shoulder belts
O - Export only seatbelt delete.
Y - deluxe seat belts
Z - custom shoulder belts
