Hi guys, I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Jason and my company, BSM Exhaust Works is the newest site sponsor. We specialize in performance exhaust sales and installations and feature Pypes Performance exhaust as well as Magnaflow and Flowmaster. I have a great working knowledge of the parts I sell and hope to be an asset to this forum. Please feel free to ask me any questions about exhaust or exhaust products and I will answer them to the best of my ability. I will also be active in these forums to help where I can.

Jason, Thanks for the support and welcome to the site! There is a really great group of Camaro enthusiasts here, very nice AND very helpful! We appreciate your support of the site greatly and are happy to have you aboard!

Mike

Welcome to the site Jason. Lots of knowledge and great people here.
Your shop is only about 40 mins. from me, maybe I'll stop by sometime to say hello.

Welcome Jason, I have a 69 Pro-Street with a diagonal link,I have a 468 500hp with 2" headers with 3 1/2" collectors.I think I'm going Race pro mufflers with a X pipe and dump behind the tire. Do you have any recommendations for which X pipe and if race pros a the wright ones for a not to loud but a good rumble at a slow rpm but quiets down at a drivable tone. If you can maybe you can shoot me some part #s over with some prices and if I can maybe I'll get them from you. This is 304 stainless I think I want the X pipe that runs tight to the tunnel the 14" 3" side inlet 3" center outlet two 3 1/2" collectors and may be some fittings not sure which fittings though may be you can assist with the fitting list I should get.All will be 3" 304 If you can email me with your shop number.Thanks...... Dave

Welcome Jason.
Can you do custom X-pipes? Or at least get more info than they manufacturers publish?
I run a flow 17139 with Borla muffs on a 68 vert. I'd like to change to an X, but the pipes are all welded up, and they tuck up into the tunnel. I have no room for movement in how far apart they are. I'd need a straight to straight X with a specific center to center distance. Some of the peices for C3 vette's look like what I need, but no one publishes the center to center. I'll get a measurement later.

Welcome to Team Camaro and thanks for the support!

I'm looking for something along the lines of pypes XVT10, 2 1/2" (expanded to fit over 2 1/2" pipe) alluminized steel, with EXACTLY 7 1/4" between centers. Then I could just cut the middle out of my system, slip it on, and weld it up.

Jason, I had posted those dimensions last week, no reply from you. If you can find or make that X-pipe, I'm ready to buy it.
