Now that's Patina! Can't wait to see it when you get a bucket of soap on her. Congrats again! :hurray:
Yup, that's one for the album. Take lots more before you awaken (clean) the sleeping princess........
A million guys dream of stumbling into a find like this, but to still be in the original owner's possession for 39 years is unreal. Add to that the fact that he was a pack rat and kept every piece of documentation is a once in a lifetime find. Your documentation of bringing this car to light will be an important part of it's restoration. Burn pixels, Rob, take a hundred pics of it: with the original owner, coming out of the barn, being loaded, arriving at it's new home, bath...you get the point. This phase is only going to happen once.
I wish you be best with your new adventure.......:hurray:

Well Guys. I finally picked up the car tonight. :hurray:Just in time too because we are expecting 3"-6" of snow tomorrow. It's 3:20am and I'm wooped. The laneway to the barn was nothing but mud, about 4" of it. I took lots of pics and will get some posted up this weekend.

Congrats Rob! :hurray::hurray::hurray: Glad you got it home before the vultures found it. Looking forward to seeing the pics. We are also here to help you identify what parts are original and what has been replaced. Take lots of pics under the hood as well!
