We got my 1/4s, rockers, wheelwells and piece below the rear window. The 1/4s fit OK but there is a fairly wide gap on both sides of the factory trunk in the middle . Both 1/4s were about 1/4" short in the sail panel area where they attach to the drip rail(I initially thought they were long!) the gap behind the drivers door is a little wide but I think I can move the door back some to fix that. There is still a gap at the point where the sail panel makes the "U turn" onto the 1/4 in the drip rail area so I have to fill that area. I am not real happy with the Goodmark stuff but I guess any of the aftermarket sheet metal is going to need some work!No pictures yet.

It sounds like you are becoming a full member of the "Do It Yourself Club" Bill. Aftermerket pieces aren't the best, that's for sure. Hang in there, you will succeed.
Just curious. Is your Buick based on Buddy Ingersol's McLaren motor or is it your own design? In either case, nice job.

I have too many projects! I have had the Camaro for quite sometime but just recently started working on it. I hope to have it done by spring.
The Buick is pretty much the same parts (engine wise)as Ingersoll had but I use a single turbo and a Liberty with electronic fuel injection, he had twins with a Lenco and mechanical fuel injection.I struggle with the clutch and chassis constantly. We built the entire car in house with the exception of the chassis.

You need to change your sign-in name, Bill. EightSecV6 is incorrect.

I know! I had that Email and signature since the car was in the 9's (ten years ago!) and dreamed of an 8sec pass!!!!
