Front bumper is back from chrome shop, any pointers on installing

How do the front turn signal wires run with the clips, on top or bottom of the bumper brackets.

Where does the longer carrage bolt go on the front bumper?

I'm installing the bolt just as you told me but the bolt is bottoming out and hitting the lower grill lip. Could this be because I'm using the original bushings? The bolts came from Ricks

I only have 2 bolt holes on each side of the front bumper. Are you telling me it goes on the top hole that attaches the bracket to the frame not the bottom hole that goes through the bushing ?
