5.3 pickup truck to 4th gen camaro swap!?

anyone heard or done such a thing? i could use all the tips i can get, i have an oportunity to pick up a 5.3 with 40000 on it for 300 out of a 2001 silverado and i currently have a 95 v6 camaro with no v6 in it....any imput will be greatly appreciated

several people on the ls1tech.com conversions & hybrids forum have done that exact swap. A BUNCH more have done 6.0 swaps, which are the same issues as the 5.3 (accessory bracket and intake clearance problems--switch to LS1 Fbody intake and accessories).
