I'm needing to replace the side cowl panel and the bottom triangle for were the fender bolts is rusty, will this section come with the complete side cowl panel replacement kit? Or anyone know were to buy it?

This panel is also known as a tulip panel, and yes, they are both available in reproduction. Here's one on Ebay that looks like both the inner and outer panel.

Actually, the assembly line workers referred to the decklid filler panel as the tulip panel; we call it the Dutchman panel. The cowl side panels were called saddlebags. Go to CRG and reference the engineers who worked in the plants. All body parts are obtainable from numerous vendors. I deal with many, and some price match.
