I've owned this 67 since 1978...and this is the 3rd paint job I've done on it over the years, and at my age now, I hope will be the last, so , i want to get everything the way I want it once and for all...so here's were I'm at....
after 4 1/2 years on waiting for the painter to do his thing ( an unfortunate side effect of bartering for a paint job, after doing my part, I was married to seeing the deal to fruition, no matter how long it took), I got the car back in April, started the total tear down for brake and suspension upgrades...
going with a Right Stuff 4 wheel disc conversion with all new brake lines and steel traded flex hoses front and rear, Hotchkis TVS suspension front and rear, with a 3" drop, powder coated sub frame, gas tank and fire wall insert. Modified heater core,radiator and water pump (to eliminate rubber hoses and worm gear hose clamps
