Guys I need some help

I installed an IDIDIT tilt column to my ride.

My bro removed the steering wheel and lost some parts. On the link below you can see what I have now. I don't have the horn cap or any other parts. I'm not sure what else I need, can you help. I have the factory assembly manual but it doesn't have the detail that I need. I can't tell the small pieces on that drawing. Any pics would help alot.

I also have a question on the dash cover. The old one has screw holes at the top and bottom but the repro doesn't have the screw holes at the top. How do you attach it? It doesn't see to want to stay put without securing it at the top. Click the link below and you will see what part I mean. I'm in the Los angeles area if anyone will let me look at their setup.

thanks

Eddie

Don't know about the wheel, looks like it needs a plate to contact the plunger and a cover with spring to keep it off the wheel.

The dash cover is fine. The top of the cover hooks ont a plastic rail above the radio and get held in place bt the two outside bottom screws. Then, the ashtray bracket goes into place and secured by the two inboard screws.

I'm missing that plastic rail on my dash. The old one was held on by screws on the top, so it looks like I'll have to drill some holes. It doesn't look too bad but I'll try to find some of the rails first.

Eddie, your steering wheel is essentially the same as the wood wheels, when it comes to mounting and horn contact components. Go to Rick's website and do a search on 'Steering Wheel'. It will show you the components you need for a 68 wood wheel. Not that you have to buy from Rick's, but at least you can see what you need.

I think you are going to need parts HR-21, HR-22 and HR-32.
