If it is real and as described, I would think mid $30K pretty easy, maybe more to someone who really likes the color combo (I do, but so many people seem to like Hugger Orange cars....)

If it has born with drivetrain and GM sheetmetal and is as nice as it looks, no way $20K buys that car. The market is down, but not that much. I would guess that the same car in complete condition, solid but needing resto would bring $20K.
