With NOM driveline I would put the figure closer to $15 - unless it was exceptional otherwise.
Interior and options tend to move me off my price-points quickest

The 402 and lack of a 12-bolt makes post 70 SS's not as desirable, but they can be nice performance vehicles if built right.
