Put some gas in it. What exactly do you need help on? Give more details besides 98 3800 NA cranks but doesnt start. I did a GTS

I'd say check for spark, and fuel pressure.

The crank sensor and the fuel pump are right up there on the hit parade on those.

Crank it for about five seconds, let off the key. When it stops spinning, immediately hit the key again and crank it over. The computer has a method of firing the car even when it isn't getting a good signal from the cam sensor. If this method fails, start by replacing cam and crank sensors.
