I have a Holley 600 with electric choke and am considering removing it. Are any of you running without one and how is that working out ?

I don't run a choke. I start my car up weekly during the winter and like others stated hold the gas pedal till the car is warmed up. Here in New England the last time I drive it is before the first snow and not again untill after the last snow and two major rain storms which wash the salt away. It makes for a long winter but saves the car
