Ok, here is my latest plan that I want to try and pull off but I am having troubles getting it off the ground.
I want to make a motorized gauge panel that flips up in the center of the top of the dash. Right where the slots are for what looks like should be a speaker. I hope I am describing that so you understand. What I need to figure a motor that would work for this. It obviously has to be 12 volt and be able to raise and lower the panel. It will only need to be big enough for 3 gauges. I was thinking of using a power window motor because then I would have the up and down function. I wanted to see if any of you had any better ideas of what might work for this. Has anyone done this before??
