What should I expect to pay a shop for changing out the ring & pinion gears? Assuming I buy the gear set. Labor only.

Remember if you supply the parts and there is a set up issue labor will be on you to have it fixed. If the shop supplies the parts they own it.

$200 for me at D&L. I supplied the parts, 30 spline Eaton posi, 30 spline moser shafts, Richmond gear, Timken bearings and install kit. It adds up fast, I think I had over a grand into it total.
Larry did say he prefers GM gears but, I had already purchased the Richmonds. Been quite a few years, 3 or 4 1000 mile road trips and some spirited driving here and there. Alls good so far.
