Do they make late model LT1 headers to fit a 69 Camaro? The drivers side header for the 95 Camaro will not clear the steering box and the old v8 headers I have use the small square ports instead of the big D-shaped ports on the LT1 heads. I saw a manual rack and pinion set up in Jegs. Would that eliminate the steering box all together? I would like to use my Hooker long tubes if possible. Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks, Tim

Dynomax headers have an oval shaped inlet which fits over the "D" shaped ports quite nicely.
not sure about tha angled plugs, tho.
hedman maked "D" port headers for some popular applications- i'd think a 69 Camaro is popular enough for them to be made for it. definitely cheaper than that Steeroids rack kit that causes all the bumpsteer issues and loss of ground clearance.
