1969 Camaro color Garnet Red came out in 1969 for camaros.

It has been duplicated several times and if you put them all together they would not match eackh other.

From the Old School, is there any one out there that could give me the true formula for Garnet Red
Most likely it would have to be somebody that owned a body shop or worked at GM back in the 60,s.

I would appreciate this very much ,plus my friends 69 Z 28 frame off car would appreciate it

The true formula for 69 Garnet Red was in acrylic lacquer which is no longer available in most areas. PPG has a base coat/clear coat formula that approximates the original color and looks real good in my opinion.
