I couldn't find this topic here in bench racing. It must have been done here.
Maybe a few examples from you guys. Should we use garages? How about examples from normal habitat's?
As I sit in the house in my computer-room typing this, just a few minutes ago I was looking around here and might have confirmed an old suspicion of mine. Lets see,,,
Right to left;
Top of desk shelf; Model cars. First a Edsel decked out as a police car in the exact color and configuration of the police cars I would later drive but this model was put together 12 years prior when I was 10. Next to that model is an exact copy of my bubble-top when I bought it. Pointing toward it is another bubble top in the color I later painted it. Again, 10 years before the real thing. And next to those, a hugger orange 69, of course.:yes: (that was Xmas last year) next to it is the first trophy I've ever won. D/MP for my 61 bubble top. That was from 1967.
Moving down; A file drawer with a 10 pound stack of receipts for my Camaro. Under the monitor, far right; NHRA 'member sticker', in front of that a Lunati solid roller cam card, next to that my original Camaro wiper arm.(yes, under monitor) Next, a trailer registration, under that, drag race wax ear-plugs, next to that, instruction manual for race car trailer inverter. Stacked on it is a pile of time slips. On top of that are several snap shots of my car stagging last month, given to me by an anonymous attendee. Behind that stack, a HD movie camera bought specifically to record starting line traction. Glancing left, a file box with an ATI catalog. Above that on the wall, an 8X11 HD picture (via the movie camera) of my car doing a wheelie. Above that, a frame holding 3 10second time slips and my first prize money check. Right above the monitor is a water-color abstract picture of old cars stacked on top of each other and the Space Needle behind them. It's suppose to be a bunch of post apocalyptic deformed critters having a party/sex. Hey! I'm weird.
And mixed in all that are pictures of my dog. The kids pictures are out in the hallway. Maybe not that weird.
OK, that covers the computer room. I'm off to pull my intake manifold. Let's see your weirdness.:yes:
Oops, got up to leave and looked at the bookself behind me. It's full of shop manuals and copies of old Hotrod Magazine's
