Idler arm bolt size

I seemed to have lost the factory bolts that attach the idler arm to the frame. I have dug through just about all the reproduction catalogs that I have and not found any. So, I guess I will have to go to a fastener place to get them, but I don`t know the size of them. I have measured everything and came up with a 2" long bolt with a 3/8" size shank and I guess a 7/16" bolt head. Do I need a lock washer or flat washer or no washer? Also, is it important to get grade 5 or higher?
Any help will be appreciated

I just put mine on a couple of nights ago, they are 3/8 coarse thread, the length I'd have to measure for you but they look like either 1" long or 1 1/4" long. they are grade 8 and that's all I'd use. Grade five isn't good enough. the wrench size is 9/16".

Put a flat washer on, use grade 8 and torque properly. 1" may be a bit short given the thickness of the idler arms, frame, washer. It can't hurt ot be a little long as it's inside the frame but I believe 1 1/2" is about right. If you need originality, let me know as I replaced the stock ones with ARP.
