Upper Control Arm torque specs?

I just installed new upper control arms, I loosened these bolts slightly to make the installation easier. The AIM doesn't have specs, so I'm curious what are the torque specs for these bolts? And should it be done with weight on wheels, or with weight off wheels? Many thanks!

I would believe the standard bolt torque specs would apply here. But I now don't remember the size of that bolt.
Here is an online torque spec chart I found. Torque Specs

Or, like suggested above, tighten to feel based on the bolt size and wrench size. This isn't one on which I would use the torque wrench.
