Wish I could see more pronounced Broach Lines in the photos but, the block has probably been sanded or wire-brushed several times in it's life (so far...) that lightened them somewhat.
That said, the stampings look pretty good. The "D" does seem to have a more rounded right side ")" than a couple others in my file but, this could be normal.
The partial VIN (19N523516) build sequence lines up with the assembly date of the motor. The partial seems to be gang-stamped aligned, as it should be.
The '030' "overbore" stamping is obviously done by a machinist or mechanic at a later date.

The VIN sequence# looks pretty good.
For the Engine prefix, I will have to defer to the CRG guys.
I don't have that many early Flint pictures.

 

I dunno- mine is V1003DZ, and my "1" is not stamped an "I" like in that picture. It is stamped 1.

Have the guy send you a picture of the serial number and vin that is
above the oil filter. My original block is V1008 ,the car was built in Nov 69.
I have the protecto plate on the car.

If it is stamped on the pad it won't be stamped below too.

 

Pad on ebay looks OK.
