I would get a chassis service manual as there are directions how to take apart and fix many parts of the car. This is a pretty good video about what is in there. You can replace the plastic rollers which are often the problem.
The hard part, in my opinion, is getting the glass adjusted once you put everything back together.

There are many threads. I did my side windows a couple months ago. Search quarter window, side window, window install. Check Youtube. I found a couple good videos especially the one explaining how to R&R the quarter windows.

I spent 3-4 hours easily searching everywhere for info before tackling them. I printed diagrams from the manuals. It was my first time. Turns out I have a real knack for aligning them and that helped. Speaking of which;take a silver sharpy and mark around the 4 top bolts on the door-two front and two back that hold the tracks in place. Do the same for the 3 bolts that hold the quarters in place. Shoot, circle all of them. This will give you a real good starting point for re-assembly and hopefully adjustment.

It has been years since the car was apart (80's) but I did not have to replace any parts, just lubricate. Not that many miles but they still work.

I fixed my rear windows about 6 months ago. I used the same video that moonpie shared. I had to replace the plastic window roller guides on both windows and on one window i had to put a new metal track. Not sure why but the track was somehow warped and crooked. I put plenty of grease and then put it back together. Not that difficult but it did take a few hours to get each side just right. It was easier for me because my door panels were off because my interior was not done yet. I installed new window felts when i fixed the windows also.

Thanks for the posts. Three of the windows are just a little tough/tight to roll up and down. One of the rear windows has recently become stuck. It worked before. Do I need to replace the regulators or can I just lubricate the parts?

The majority of the time rebuilding following the fisher body and chassis service manuals gets your originals back to specs. Don't force the stuck or you may break a roller. Clean, repair broken or missing rollers and then lube then reinstall.

your regulator may be broken or a roller broke or came off. need to remove rear seat, window crank handle and then the interior side panel to access this.

I was able to retrieve the nut, washer and roller than came off of mine which was laying inside the body. You can buy the various parts involved at places like NPD, Camaro Central, etc

pretty much what mine did and it was the large roller that the nut came off which caused the roller to come off. You will need to get inside and see what is the specific reason in your car. The videos in this thread should be helpful

Use some grease on the mechanism once you get it sorted. There is not much room to work inside the body cavity but doable
