Grandma all original club...please sign in with pics!!!

if you have an all original 1st gen camaro (67-69) then please post a picture or two or three or as many as you want so we can drule:yes:
to qualify you must have
1) original paint...
2) original interior no mods ...
3) factory rims/wheels or hubcaps..
4) born with drivetrain...
5) no restored hi dollar matching numbers cars need to post here!!:D



looking for some nice original cars, "survivor cars" that still exsist!!

My 67 has original plug wires, does that count? It was painted once in 69 though:yes:

I would love to own a piece like this one...

I have a close friend who owns a '69 convertible with 732 or 762 actual miles on it. Truely a little old lady car. Story goes that she bought it and didn't like driving it so she stored it in a barn.... There it sat till he bought it. Lemans blue, 307, auto on the column, convertible.

thanks matt..the above car has been sitting since 1974 in the same spot
shes buried in the dirt..deep in the dirt...
anybody ever see a 12 bolt rusted threw?
the doors and hood and the trunk are rusted shut!! welded together from sitting..all the papers on the inside are from 1974..whats left of them??
just look at them body lines!! man what a shame!!

wow,roger!is that a yellow interior?never seen a mod top before,either.its just like a 67 rs double yellow i drove home for a retirement project.(like i`ll ever get there.)black vinyl top ruined,rear trunk & frame rusted out and all.still #`s match,steel wheels wire covers,spare(missing jack).to sad to post pix`s ..love this thread tho...

It's always a shame to see those original owner ,well any of them actually, cars sitting like that. My dad bought the '70 when it was new, and it sat off and on from 1980 to 2005. I always hated to see it just sit out in the weather. Thankfully it's back on the road now. The mechanical stuff has all been gone through, now it's time to make it look decent.

A lot of cool pictures in this thread.

Sweet Camaro racing shirt!! I want one! What's the story with the hockey stick stripe not extending below the emblems? Were the bottoms or the fenders repainted?

The shirt-jacket was in a bag in the trunk, wish the rest of the car was in as good of condition.
I don't know the answer on the stripe ending above the marker light, I'll ask the owner if he has any info. I've been after this car for years and I'm about finished with my Z. I'm thinking a Hugger Orange SS-350 4-speed may make a nice addition to the collection.

Your car is looking good!!

Man it's hard looking at all these '69's rotting away!!

My car wouldn't be considered the typical Grandma car but I have 4 of the 5 on the list covered. (one exterior re-paint in the mid '80's)

Can I post this picture to hold my spot. I hope to own this car soon. All original with Protecto plate original bill of sale, one owner car since new until I get it. Not as nice as the others but all original and unmolested none the less. Oh yeah the best part is that I am buying it off an 88 year old granda ma who bought the car new and she lives right down the street from me. No one has ever driven the car but her. Gives new meaning to the term grand ma car! Just waiting for her to accept my offer. Someone told her the car was worth big bucks so she was holding out. I tried to bring her up to speed and it may have paid off!

This car is owned by a member here. It has been here in clayton it's whole life. It was bought new at Sir Walter Chevrolet in Raleigh, NC. I tried to buy it but came up short but I do have copy's of original sales, and pop. I would of loved to get this car it was built between my 03B and 03C cars.
The car now has been restored but it needed it.

This is my one owner survivor. On May 16 we celebrated our 41st anniversary together. It has 25,500 miles on it. Jim
embarrassing moment I put three pictures in my album under community but I don't know how to get them on this post. If you want to see the pictures there under Jim L. 78.
