Chris-- I just strolled through your thread again and your Camaro really looks tight. Awesome job.

I went with the same 702 offset cross shafts from Global West and decided to splurge for the full upper and lower Del-A-Lum bushings kits for my control arms. Let me know how you like them. I'm curious.
I had a version of the Del-A-Lum bushings at the start, but was advised when I started the rebuild, not to use them on a street driven car. I do plan to drive this alot. If I need to I can always go back to them.

Why would they tell you that? Just curious now...

It has to do with the harshness of the suspension. The idea of Poly or Rubber is that it actually absorbs some of the shock. For a street car this equates to ride and steering quality. I never have driven this car without solid bushings, so I do not know what it will feel like with poly. It already had Aluminum bushings when I bought it from the road race team. I will tell you in the spring is it had any real noticable change.

In 2001 I went to Carlilse and picked up a pair of " Factory replacement Fenders" 50 bucks Each. thought that was a steal , until I tried to install them, Same problem as you had But since I have a TRUE 68 SS big Block All Numbers matching with POP and Documentation I scraped the " Factory Replacement Fenders" and Found a Set of still in the GM box front fenders from Ricks First gen still have the GM part Numbers stamped in the fender only cost 800 Each. From then on out I only got the Good stuff when I could Find it.
