I have a 67 Camaro convertible with a tilt column. How do I know if it’s original to the car? Thanks

There is a label on it underneath. That might help
Just for the sake of knowing you could look at the finish for age/wear. Look underneath the dash at the column for signs of surface rust on the aged plated metal, wiring, tags/labels, etc. A 57 year old column would not be pristine.
That being the case I would agree the build sheet would be the answer.
