Stock LS7 PS/ALT and Kwik AC
On another 69 build for my son with an LQ9 we used the Dirty Dingo Brackets for ALT/PS and AC

Well to give you guys a ball park. I friend of mine owns a shop that builds these types of cars. He quotes to build a car like this is $150K- $160K parts and labor. You supply the car.Kinda waiting on that answer myself with hand over eyes peaking in between fingers.
I build my own cars. Everything except body, paint and upholstery.
This is what I started with picking it up in Calif the day I bought it. The hood and front fenders are inside the car. No suspension. The car was tubbed and the smooth firewall started.
Approx cost breakdown Excluding labor except final body and paint.
Built LS7, T56, clutch and hydraulics. $20K
Suspension, brakes, wheels and tires $25K
Interior, Dash, Gauges, AC Sound system $10K
RS front end, bumpers, glass, trim, wiring, radiator and cooling system, fuel system, exhaust system, and all the little stuff $15K
Paint $20K
add 1000-1200 hours of your time
