Re: "Cars & Coffee" April 30th at Classic Car Blasting in Hampstead, N

I was hoping to have my new motor in by now but I've hit a few snags that have slowed me down. Is it ok if I show up with my non-camaro?

May the Force be with you Tom :nerd:
Decided it was too difficult welding in the dark last night so i'll be back on it at 5:30pm today. :grin2:

Absolutely! You can park next to Virginia's white version of the same car. :grin2:

I think Scott said his kid was coming in a new Mustang as well. No reason Brad can't bring his 911. Cars N Coffee doesn't have to mean classic cars, right? We'll just put all the modern stuff off to the side somewhere!

It's not about the year, make, or model so any car people are welcome in my opinion. even 911 and Mopar owners LOL. My son Ryan is too far behind on school work so he won't be there with his Mustang, maybe the next one as school will be out by then. Kathleen and I will still be there with our two classics

That's correct! We describe the event as open to "any special interest car, truck or motorcycle."

We have even had an 80s Oldsmobile Wagon with a ricer wing on the back attend...so yes we are pretty liberal. :grin2:

Big thanks to Virginia & Phil for hosting another very enjoyable Cars & Coffee with GREAT weather (but sadly still no bikini girls). I didn't even get one photo so I'm hoping others did and will post them. A friend of mine who was spectating took some so once I get his I'll post those. Already looking forward to the next one (and maybe finally the bikini girls?) :nerd:

Thanks for the great show! I enjoyed it. Sorry for being a little late and missing the dancing girls but at my age and condition, my stomach comes first. LOL.

Here is a link to some pictures of the day:

Although I didn't get to stay as long as I wanted due to my son's baseball practice, I did get a change to meet a few folks. Brent, it was nice talking to you. Your car is a work of art. I was hoping to circle back with Virginia to get a better look at her white Challenger but I simply ran out of time. Hopefully I can meet the rest of the Northeast contingent the next time.

Thanks to all that came...I think it was our biggest and best show yet! We counted close to 70 cars throughout the morning and was glad the weather really cooperated. As you guys know, we just hold the venue, but it's the people (okay...the cars help too) that really make it great!

We had six donuts left out of 8 dozen! :surprise:

Per tradition, those "exiting" the show also put on quite a few nice "shows" of their own! >:)

Greg - Sorry we didn't have a chance to catch-up. Virginia was looking for you too.

Thanks to Dan and the others that took photos...I was only able to snap a few...it ain't easy being the parking guard! :crying:

Had a great time as usual, and an awesome turnout. Good to meet Greg, hopefully your Camaro will be on the road next time.

Thanks to Phil and Virginia for hosting, and providing a safe closed course for spirited departures!
