I know it is going to be something simple when I finally figure it out, but I have messed with a set of these headlights til I'm ready to kill this car. The car is a low mile totally original car that has been in storage for 25 + yrs. When I first brought it home and started messing with the engine to get it running the headlights would open some times and close sometimes, kind of like they had a mind of their own. Now that car is running and ready to drive the two headlight doors are open and refuse to do anything. I have replaced all 3 relays, even removed 1 headlight and checked motor it works fine in both directions. Where can I download or buy if I have to a detailed wiring diagram on these &#!* things. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks, Mike

Do a search in this section and you will find a lot of help there. another great place to look is http://www.retro-electro.net/FAQ.html. his site will answer most question. You can buy a book from most of the aftermarket dealer for RS headlight and they will give you a great diagram and trouble shooting guide, but not as good as the site above. Good luck Jerry

Thanks for the good advice I used the info to trace problem to bad diode under dash. Soon as the old ball & chain gets back from radio shack with new one she will be fixed!!!!
