i have a 327 im puttin in my 83 camaro berlinetta it has 4.11 gear, spool, torque arm, all accessories takin out like heater, all seats, aluminum dash, lightweight aluminum 14 inch wheels, 26 inch slicks, th350 with 300 stall, car originally had a 305 which ran 8.3 in the 1/8th mile, im putin the 327 in it which is a small journel stock crank, rod, and flat top pistons with 601 305 heads with 1.84 1.5 valves, just pocket ported, intake matched, performer rpm intake, 650 vcm sec, hei accel, 1 5/8 hedman headers, i sold the cam and springs i had because i want to go solid i asked this question before about this motor but it was currently in my truck but now im puttin in my car and will just be drag racing it so im asking again to see if the cam is different than what was recomended before, i dont know much about cam selection but i was wondering if this cam would work well, its the crane sat night special, part #110921 RPM Range:</B> 3200-6800Advertised Duration:</B> 280/288Duration @ .050:</B> 244/252Lift:</B> .518/.536Lobe Center:</B> 106 compresion 10.5 to 12, is this a good choice or is this cam way to big for my application or is their better choice please post your opinions i can also get a bigger stall if need be and i have bigger slicks if traction becomes a problem they are 29x 10 if i remember correctly

http://media.putfile.com/mud-bog-327-small-block check this video out but keep in mind it has 3.07 gears with 38.5 hawgs on it so they are a little hard to turn i just got my crank and rods redone for my 396 bbc that will be going in this truck, oh and the headers in the video are junk and gaskets are blown and carb has dirt in it, what you think of the 327
