4l60E Swap info and parts

Been reading older threads on here
trying to come up with a parts list and any info id need for to swap a 4l60E int my 69.
Car is currently a 2004r 350SBC . In a few years when I retire I plan to do an LS swap but id like to do the transmission before.

-Transmission
-Converter
-Crossmember
-Stand alone
-Adaptor plate
-Shorten the driveshaft I believe.

Any other info greatly appreciated.

Can I ask why you would want to swap a 200R4 for a 4L60E?

Looking into all my options. keeping the 200 when I do the swap is an option. Don’t love the way it shifts to be honest.

Was thinking a good built 46l0e to Use with my current set up for now and it will bolt right up to an LS 3 in the future

Hold off and do it all at once so you have a proper controller for the transmission. Engine and transmission control should be integrated together. Factory ECM or Holley Terminator X Max for example.

What adapter plate are you referring to?

ive read they have a plate to use the to adapt the 46l0e to the 350
