69 375 HP 396 short block

I have a 396 shortblock that I've had for a long time. It's been built and balanced (standard) and is sitting on an engine stand. I'm pretty sure it's 69 Nova and not Camaro

by the W in the partial Vin. Am I right, and what is it worth?

If it were a 69 Camaro it would just about double the value. I would say around 1200 to 1600 for a complete Nova L78 shortblock. I friend of mine has been trying to sale a compete 69 Chevelle L78 shortblock for a year now and he is having a hard time getting 1200.00

My friend just sold a Chevelle 69 L-78 standard bore long block in pieces for $2500 within 1 week of it's acquisition. More than one interested party.

The 840 heads are worth alone 1200 to 1600
