But I just got a KevinW Industries Inc. delivery and felt stupid asking too late to add it my order.


I keep forgetting about yours Rick. I never thought such a stupid little part would B\O though.

That's OK.... I can wait really. But wanted to get the green tape off of the new paint before it ruins it. I'll rig something.

 

Rick or Kevin, you guys have the plastic-stainless steel clip that goes where the A-pillar meets the horizontal roof molding? It helps keep the corner of the window against the door gasket when the window is rolled up all of the way.

What dimensions and which direction does it mount? That's why I wanted pics.

 

Hey, I only have one of those! I must have been smoking something back then, I gotta save this one for my SS It is about 1.5 inch wide, 1 inch deep, 3/16 round bar, and the kick is 1/2 in and 3/4 from the end by the screw hole. It mounts so the kick points out and down to engage the glove lock with phillips head round head screws.

I just cut out the dash of the 69 to install the marquez dash. I threw mine in the trash.

Talk about back order. I ordered the trunk latch ( the one on the trunk lid ) from Classic. It was on backorder. A member ( 67z28 Ray ) on here sent me one for free. 6 months later I am getting calls from Classic to see if I wanted it. Never called them back then I got a letter in the mail about it in stock. I finally called them and told them I didnt want it.

 

I'll fire up my forge and warm up the anvil..... I'll be good to go.
