Cavalcade of Customs is in Cincinnati this weekend, thinking about going and taking the boys if they are interested. Curious if anyone here has been to one, if it's worth going to, what kinds of displays / vendors are there and of course cars.

"World of Wheels" was another name for that event back in the day. I entered a couple of them with my 70 RS. You have to join to association to show.
Highly organized and attended. Those shows bring out the hard-core show car guys that tour with them. I do remember the guys that wrapped their tire treads with some Saran Wrap stuff to drive from the trailer to the show floor to keep them clean.
One thing I did like was the cars must run and drive and be able to stop. That cuts down on the pure trailer queens with dummy engines. LOL
Lots of vendors with cool stuff too.
It would be a great outing for the family.
Edit to add: Also they always have a "Grand Marshall" personality who they hire to sign autographs and talk to. The late Boyd Coddington was one of them for example.
Yes, I have been over there several times. It has been a few years though. I've always enjoyed going , kind of keeps the car ideas flowing in your head. There are a lot of the national vendors like Summit and others that have booths setup usually have discount coupons and promotions. Also some local car clubs and several local people have their cars judged.
